    This was a great post! I really liked the interview. I agreed with his thoughts on investing in a farm area. Too many people invest in areas they know nothing about and as a result, they lose a TON of money.

    Do you have any other books you reccomend?

    Great interview – I reviewed his book but I am looking for something different. I agree with investing in your farm area, but I am looking for a book regarding residential investing and what type of returns should we be looking for when taking into account, taxes, insurance risk etc. Do you know of any book / ebook that break down the numbers on what the smart investors are looking for as in a return on their money. Obviously if they pay cash or borrow money will change the ROI, but I have not found any indepth numbers evaluation regarding residential investing. Thank you
